Asle has a MSC-degree from NMBU, MA from Westminster University and BSC from Universität Freiburg.

Asle has experience from project management in mega oil-and gas projects, he has been business excellence manager in building and construction and he has experience from a successful IT-startup. Asle has also been consultant and A-level teacher.

Asle is senior partner and COO in Eion Ventures and CEO in Nordic White Diesel.

Leif Tore has a law degree from the University of Oslo, and a Master of Business & Administration (MBA) from the SDA Bocconi business school in Milan, specializing in finance and entrepreneurship. As part of the entrepreneurship track he assembled a team which developed a business plan for a start up. 

He has over 20 years experience as a practicing lawyer specializing in corporate law, securities law, stock exchange regulations and regulatory matters for financial markets and financial intermediaries. He has extensive experience with private equity- and venture capital investments, capital market transactions, and corporate work.

He is the managing partner of Eion Ventures AS. In addition he runs his own boutique law firm, Comp.lex Advokatfirma AS, focusing on his core areas of competence.

Geir has a degree in Business Administration and Industrial Marketing from University of Lund.

He has extensive business experience from more than 30 years in marketing and sales, business development and general management positions for national and international companies.

His experience covers retail, direct sales and direct marketing driven businesses across a wide range of industries, targeting B2B and B2C markets.

Geir is also an experienced board member from a number of trade advisory boards and member organisations.
